How to use:
1. Before use, wash your hands and chest with water, keep area clean and do not apply lotion and or concealer.
2. Remove the protective film of the nipple cover, adhesive face up.
3. Lean upper body forward, press nipples covers on the nipple and smooth the edges.

How to cleaning:
1. Use neutral soapy water and clean with your finger tips.
2. After cleaning lay flat to dry, avoid direct sunlight.
3. After dry reapply protective film until next use.
